Rosato "ALIE" FRESCOBALDI

Frescobaldi winery produces a sensational Rosè that is perfect with summer dishes. It is composed by Syrah and Vermentino. The wine making starts with soft pressing, followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. The wine ages for a while in steel, maximum 4 months, in order to preserve its freshness and clearness, then it is bottled. The product matures for another month in the bottle and then it can be sold. This Champagne marked the history of the French tradition and represents a symbol of class and luxury. Champagne Cuvée S is a rare vintage wine, produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes only in those harvest that join the perfect climatic conditions and the perfect quality of the fruits.

Features of this Rosé Alie

Light pink colour full of peach shades. Its perfume is direct and recall fresh fruits. The taste is full, enchanting, with sensations of grapefruit, dark cherry and white fruits. Fresh and persistent aromas.

It is a perfect marriage with smoked salmon, “prosciutto crudo”, white meat, poultry and fishes. It is excellent with spicy dishes. It has to be served at 10-12°C in a high, wide wine glass that allows the concentration of the perfumes.
