Produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, Michei Riserva 823 Trento DOC Brut is born in an idyllic alpine landscape of Trentino, where the grapes ripen at an altitude of 850 m on sunny and steep slopes: It is this particular terroir that contributes to the creation of wines with an unmistakable character. This Classic Method was born after 60 months of aging on the lees.

It has a fine and persistent perlage, on the palate it expresses aromatic notes of white fruits, citrus and bread crust.
Recommended combinations with this Trento DOC
To combine with all fish dishes, especially shellfish. Try it with white meat. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 ºC.
