The 100% vinification of 100% Chardonnay grapes that the Cesarini Sforza Winery has been able to best interpret for the vinification of this spectacular Trento DOC. The origin of the grapes is traced between the Avisiane hills north of Trento, the valley of Cembra and Valsugana represent the heart of the breeding area. The vinification involves the use of stainless steel tanks and a subsequent phase of aging on the lees lasts from 24 to 36 months.

Characteristics of this Brut Sparkling Wine

From the organoleptic examination the wine appears bright gold with a fine perlage. The nose expresses an intense bouquet of citrus and white flowers with sweet hints of cotton candy and brioches. The taste on the palate is expressed with an exuberant and creamy sip with complex structure and persistent finish.
