From the wise and conscientious vinification of Grechetto Gentile grapes to 100% the Medici Ermete technicians produce this sensational white wine of the Emilian tradition. The origin of the vines is traced back to the DOC area of Reggio Emilia. The vinification involves the fermentation in steel followed by a refermentation in bottle as the Classic Method wants, in total the wine will rest on its lees for about 30 months.
Characteristics of this Spumante Pignoletto Brut
On organoleptic examination it has a straw-yellow appearance, with greenish reflections that denote youth. The aroma is intense and harmonious, with a hint of rose. The taste is soft, full-bodied and slightly fruity.
