Wine description
Spumante Cuvée Brut "Surfine" is produced by aging part of the wine in small casks for a period of less than 6 months adopting the technique of Micro-Oxygenazone, in order to highlight the basic flavor of the famous Cuvée But of which this Foss Marai Surfine Cuvée Brut is a more refined version. The rest of the wine is aged in steel.

The organoleptic analysis of this Cuvée Brut shows a straw yellow color; the nose is linked to yellow fruit and wild flowers. In the mouth the aftertaste is long and pleasant.

This sparkling Foss Marai goes perfectly with particularly rich first courses, but also cheeses, sausages and fish dishes, from appetizers to second courses. Serve at a temperature of 8ºC in a tapered glass.
