This Sicilian white wine from Baglio di Pianetto Winery comes from organic Viognier grapes grown at the Pianetto estate located in Santa Cristina Gela, near Palermo. The harvest takes place in August and leads to a careful selection of the best bunches which are then subjected to soft pressing. The must thus obtained decant in steel and then in wood for fermentation. The final phase of aging involves the stay in French oak barriques on the lees for 9 months: the best barriques are then selected which will undergo further refinement in steel before moving on to bottling.

The organoleptic test shows a straw yellow color and olfactory notes of exotic fruit, spices and vanilla. On the palate it is characterized by a certain freshness.

Perfect to accompany fish-based dishes but also white meats. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ° C in a tapered glass.
