This red wine from Cantina Giustini is born from the AVOGLIA line, dedicated to young, fresh wines with a simple drink. Its production uses pure Primitivo grapes from the vineyards of San Giorgio Ionico, Taranto: the vineyards have an average age of 10-15 years and are planted on medium-textured soils with good fertility. The bunches collected manually during the harvest in early September are then subjected to winemaking which involves thermo-controlled maceration and alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts for about ten days. All-steel final refinement.
Characteristics of this Salento wine
