ViaFrancia Rosato DOC BIO of Baglio di Pianetto is made from Syrah grapes grown organically in high hill vineyards between 700 and 750 metres above sea level, on the estates of Santa Cristina Gela and Noto. Harvesting is done manually with careful selection of bunches, during the early hours of the morning. After soft pressing of the grapes, the must ferments in steel at a controlled temperature to preserve freshness and aromatic fragrance. The wine then ages for 4 months on the fine steel yeasts and completes the evolution in the bottle, maintaining an elegant and immediate style.
Characteristics of this Sicilian wine
