In Trentino Alto Adige, Girlan produces a single variety wine-making with 100% Sauvignon. It praises the denomination Alto Adige DOC. The variety is cultivated on the hills of Cornaiano, where the lands reach 500 meters elevation and the presence of the Alps shapes the perfume of this wine. The grapes are harvested once they reach the perfect level of maturation. Wine-making: The manual harvest is followed by maceration and soft pressing of the entire bunches. The lees are eliminated through natural sedimentation. The must is then fermented in steel containers at controlled temperature, no malolactic fermentation and 6 months aging in steel.

The organoleptic aspect reveals a straw yellow colour. The scent is characterized by hints of nettle and elder. It communicates freshness and dynamism. Its taste is wide, fresh and elegant, with sensations of minerals and vegetables.
