From pure Sauvignon grapes comes this Friulian white wine from the Zorzettig Winery: like all the labels in the Myò line, these are grapes from old vines over 30 years old, located in the upper part of the Colli di Spessa and Ipplis, the renowned Colli Orientali. After harvesting, the grapes are crushed and destemmed, followed by soft pressing: the free-run juice is obtained, which is left to decant at a temperature of 11-12°C for about 24 hours. This is followed by racking and fermentation, which takes place in steel and 20% in oak.
Characteristics of this Friulian wine
