Recioto della Valpollicella from Costa Arènte winery comes from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and other grapes in a lesser percentage: its name derives from the particular shape of the Corvina grapes. The grapes come from hillsides and alkaline soils, of a clayey nature: at the end of December, after a stop for a few months in the fruity, they are destemmed and carefully selected to be crushed. Then alcoholic fermentation takes place with daily pumping over until the desired alcohol content is reached and finally decanting and aging.
Characteristics of this Recioto della Valpollicella
On organoleptic examination it has a ruby red color and olfactory notes of mulberry, rose, orange and cloves. On the palate it impresses with a persistent aromatic finish.

Ideal as a meditation wine or in combination with sweets made of dark chocolate. Perfect with all dry pastries.
