From the heart of the Treviso countryside, this Prosecco DOC BIO Extra Dry from Cantina La Marca was born: the vineyards are grown exclusively under organic farming. The Glera grapes are carefully selected and are then processed to create a delicate and elegant Prosecco, a true expression of the territory. After pressing the grapes, the flowering must ferments with the aid of selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 15°C. The foam setting is carried out in an autoclave using the Charmat method at a temperature of 14°C.
Features of this Prosecco DOC BIO Extra Dry
It has a delicate straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. The olfactory bouquet evokes notes of acacia, golden apple, pineapple and orange. On the palate it is an explosion of very fine bubbles, pleasantly fresh and balanced.
