This Prosecco from Cantina La Marca is a particularly refined wine that originates from the rugged and sunny hills of Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2019. Pure Glera grapes are hand-picked during the harvest and then gently pressed. Once this first phase is complete, fermentation is carried out using selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 15°C. The foam intake takes place in an autoclave as is standard practice for prosecco,using the Charmat or Martinotti method.
Features of this Prosecco DOCG La Marca
It has a straw yellow color with light greenish reflections. The olfactory notes recall fruits such as apple, pear but also floral notes of wisteria and acacia. On the palate the taste is well balanced between flavour, acidity and softness. Pleasantly fresh.

Try it with fish carpaccio, scallops, sushi, delicate risottos with asparagus or shrimp. Serve at 6-8°C.
