Wine description
This Torrette Superiore of the Anselmet Winery is a red wine born from the union of 3 native Valle d'Aosta vines: Petite Rouge, Fumin and Cornalin. After the manual harvest of the grapes, the must ferments in steel for 15-20 days and is then placed in barrique.
Characteristics of this red wine
On the organoleptic examination this Valle d'Aosta wine shows a brilliant ruby red color; the nose is a triumph of fruity hints of cherry and strawberry, combined with spicy and vanilla notes. In the mouth it remains elegant, balanced and persistent.
Suggested food pairings while tasting this red wine
It is a wine that goes perfectly with both white and red meats; try it also with game and aged cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C in a fairly large glass.
