This Pinot Bianco produced by Alois Lageder winery put together different geological elements with different micro-climate and various cultures. Some grapes come, in fact, from the estate Haberle, in Pochi di Salorno, located on the left side of Adige valley, while some others come from Penone vineyards, placed on the opposite side, above Magrè. Both cultivations have an elevation of 500 meters and offer the perfect conditions for the growth of this variety. For the wine making the winery requires 100% Pinot Bianco grapes, that come, as mentioned before, from selected vineyards in Pochi and Penone, located at 480-520 meters on the sea level. The main feature of the soil is the presence of stones, sands and limestone. The age of the plants swings between 21-49 years old. The harvest is planned at the end of September. The fermentation at controlled temperature in steel containers starts immediately after the arrival of the grapes in the winery. The aging is developed in part in steel and in part in wooden barrels, where the wine rests on its sedimentation for at least 9 months.

Clear, light yellow with green shades that show its youth and its freshness. The perfume is aromatic, fruity, with marked spicy hints. The taste is quite structured, full, refined, strong, fresh and dry. The evolution of this wine lasts from 2 to 5 years.
