Pinot Grigio "Windegg" DOP is a red wine from Trentino Alto Adige region. Cantina Brigl winery, with 700 years of tradition behind it, has always paid specific attention to the quality. It skillfully combines the ancient winery techniques with the most modern technology, in order to obtain the best results.
Characteristics of the Pinot Grigio "Windegg"
Pinot Grigio DOP presents a straw yellow colour. It conveys a delicate bouquet with aromatic fragrances. Pleasantly soft mouthfeel with walnut and honey notes.
Recommended pairings while tasting this wine
It should be served in a medium glass at a temperature of 11-13°C. It’s an ideal wine to be paired with fish dishes, sea food and mushrooms.
