From the company vineyards of Tenuta Cantalupo in Notaresco, Abruzzo, come the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes that give life to this red wine from Fantini Winery. Once harvested manually during the harvest, the grapes are then placed in small crates and subjected to the fermentation process, followed by steel maceration in contact with the skins. Once the malolactic is also finished, the refinement takes place in American wooden barriques for a good 24 months.
Characteristics of this Fantini wine
