From the vinification of 100% pure Sauvignon grapes. The origin is that of the prestigious DOC area of Collio, the grapes are grown within the company limits of the Tenuta di Vencò, near Gorizia. For the vinification, the grapes vinify in steel where they remain for a few months. A bottle with which the company demonstrates how even international vines have their importance in the terroir of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
