Weinbeschreibung
Produced with 100% Montepulciano grapes, this red wine from Abruzzo of Tenuta Ulisse Winery is the perfect union between softness and tannins. After the manual harvest, the grapes are frozen and then the temperature is reduced with cryomacerazione of the skin in order to extract all the organoleptic characteristics of the must. The slow fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18 ºC.
Characteristics of this wine from Abruzzo
It has a ruby red color with violet shades. The olfactory bouquet recalls red fruits, soft and pleasantly fruity on the palate.
Recommended pairings with this red wine
Excellent with grilled meat, white meats but also with fish soups. Serve at a temperature of 16-18 ºC.
