Wine description
Produced from pure Trebbiano Spoletino grapes, this wine from the Cecchi Winery is rooted in the medium-textured soils located in Montefalco, Umbria, at 350 metres above sea level. Vinification takes place in steel at a controlled temperature, followed by fermentation for about 15 days at a temperature of 15C°.
Characteristics of this Cecchi wine
It has a straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose is striking for an olfactory bouquet reminiscent of white flowers, citrus fruits and tropical fruit. On the palate it is fresh and pleasantly savoury, with a good persistence on the finish.
Recommended pairings with this white wine from the Cecchi Winery
Try it with soups, fish risottos but also with white meat main courses. Serve at a temperature of 10C°.
