Wine list | Costa d'Amalfi DOC |
From the vinification of a refined blend of grapes from the vines of Fenile 30%, Ginestra 30%, Ripoli 40%. The origin of the vines lies in the administrative territory of Furore and neighboring municipalities, Amalfi Coast. The harvest develops in the third decade of October Manual harvest management. The vinification foresees that the overripe grapes are harvested manually and arrive in the cellar intact. After soft pressing the must flower, after the wine passes the process of static cold clarification and inoculation of selected yeasts, ferments at a temperature of 12 ºC for about three months in oak barrels.
Characteristics of this Campania wine
The wine has a bold yellow color with gold reflections. The scent has the smell reminiscent of apricot and broom flowers, with hints of exotic fruit. The taste is soft, dense and characterized by an important aromatic persistence of dried apricot, raisins and candied fruit.
