Wine description
"Alte d'Altesi" is a tuscan red wine that comes from a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and cabernet sauvignon. The must is obtained by the soft pressing of the grapes fermented in steel; the wine is then transferred to medium-roasted Allier barriques for a period 12 to 14 months in total.
Alte d'Altesi’s features
The wine has a distinct purple color. The nose gives off fruity hints followed by more floral and spicy. In the mouth is full, round with a balance between alcohol and tannic texture.

Perfect with mixed grills, it is to try with pork skewers and with recipes based on game. Serve at a temperature of 15°C in a fairly large goblet.
