This sensational white wine of the Lombard tradition is born in the heart of Franciacorta and boasts the DOC designation. Wise and refined product of the renowned Barone Pizzini winery. The vinification involves the use of 100% pure Chardonnay grapes. The origin of the vines is in Northern Italy, in Lombardy, in the middle of Franciacorta. The vinification involves light direct pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The refinement of the wine extends for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
