The vines used for the production of this sensational Franciacorta DOCG sparkling wine are those of Pinot Nero for 70%, and Chardonnay for 30%. The origin of the grapes is in Franciacorta, east of Lombardy. The vineyards of origin are the most refined in the company panorama: "Santella", "Roncaglia" and "Gallo". The vinification involves soft pressing, followed by fermentation in a thermo-conditioned stainless steel tank. The refinement of the wine develops for 6 months in stainless steel tanks, barriques.

A light cherry color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The perfume on the nose expresses beautiful notes of strawberries and raspberries. The taste on the palate is slightly savory, balanced, extraordinarily fine.
