A classic Chianti that respects the most ancient traditions of the Cecchi winery. From 100% Sangiovese grapes vinification in purity. The vinification is carried out in steel tanks, with controlled temperatures and maintained in the restricted range that goes from 25 to 28 °C. The malolactic fermentation took place in steel, before the maturation period in French oak barrels which lasted for 15 months. Finally, the refinement of the wine which involved a resting phase in concrete containers in the months preceding bottling.

On the organoleptic examination, the wine shows a lively and bright red color, the scent is extremely elegant, characterized by floral notes that overlap and integrate with a delicate fruity and light spicy notes. The taste expressed in the mouth is savory, balanced and always vibrant, with the tannin that relaxes and opens to a lively and harmonious finish.
