Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, this Abruzzo white wine from the Premium Line of Tenuta Ulisse is born: the perfect combination of robustness and elegance. The vinification involves the cryo-selection of grapes with subsequent reduction of temperature through a procedure of cryomacerazione of the skin and extraction of aromatic compounds. The fermentation is slow and takes place at a constant temperature of 11 ºC in thermoregulated tanks; it follows refining first in steel and finally in bottle.
Characteristics of this wine from Abruzzo
It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. It impresses with a very intense and fruity olfactory complex.The palate is fresh and recalls yellow pulp fruits and tropical fruits.
