Weinbeschreibung
A Cartizze wine born in the Valdobbiadene area in the Prosecco DOCG where is located the limited "Superiore di Cartizze" area in the middle of the San Pietro di Barbozza, Santo Stefano and Saccol hills. It is made by 107 hectares located in Valdobbiadene. The typology is the “Dry”. It is made by 100% Glera grapes which are softly pressed and then it takes place the Charmat method to become a sparkling wine.
Characteristics of this great Cartizze DOCG
It is an elegant wine with golden reflections and a thin and persistent perlage. The smell is complex with apple, pear, citrons and glassed almond aromas. The taste is fresh, harmonic and elegant.
Suggested pairings with this Cartizze Mionetto
It is perfect with desserts, little bakery and fruits. The service temperature is 6/8°C .
