Hofstatter
It is a mythical winery of the Alto Adige and for someone is the representation of its expressive pureness. It was founded by Josef Hofstätter in 1907 and it has always been able to connect technic and passion, numbers and quality.It is made by 50 hectares where there are cultivated the most typical variety of the region. Thanks to the multiple expositions there are perfect growing and maturation conditions for both the white and red grapes.From the Gewürztraminer, the pinot bianco, the pinot nero, the Lagrein to the schiava these are all excellent becoming-wines. A unique and precise work, today leaded by the 4th generation with Mr. Martin Foradori Hofstätter.The winery is in a XVI century building in Termeno: from here born the 800.000 year bottles rich of the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes and the little hints of the terroir. These are the result of the passion in the work and the love of the territory already consolidated in the Alto Adige.
