Wine description
This Negroamaro "Viginti" of Schola Sarmenti Winery is obtained from 100% Negroamaro grapes harvested by hand when the grapes are overripe and then left to dry further in crates. After pressing, the wine is left to rest in French barriques for a period of 30 months, followed by at least 8 months of aging in the bottle.
Characteristics of this Apulian wine
Upon organoleptic examination this Apulian wine shows an intense ruby red color with hints of ripe red fruits. In the mouth it is full, full-bodied and persistent.

This red wine is perfect with traditional Apulian dishes. Excellent with first and second courses based on meat. To be served at a temperature of 18°C in a very large glass.
