This Negroamaro "Viginti" of Schola Sarmenti Winery is obtained from 100% Negroamaro grapes harvested by hand when the grapes are overripe and then left to dry further in crates. After pressing, the wine is left to rest in French barriques for a period of 30 months, followed by at least 8 months of aging in the bottle.
