The Maison Guy Laforge’s Champagne Blanc de Blancs is made only with Chardonnay grapes, mixing 75% of the vintage wine and 25% of the reserve wine. A product that speaks for itself for its qualities of rare finesse and lightness. Vinified in thermo-conditioned tanks, it ages for 2-3 years in the underground cellars entirely made of plaster of the maison.
Features of this Champagne
It has a straw yellow color characterized by a beautiful lunar pallor, accompanied by a constant flow of small bubbles. The nose is an explosion of citrus well intertwined with notes of acacia and rose flowers. The palate is pleasantly creamy and fresh, extraordinarily long.
Recommended pairings tasting Champagne
It goes perfectly with raw or gratin-cooked oysters, but it also goes well with a seafood dish or a citrus tart. Serve at 8-10ºC in a tall, tapered glass.
