Wine description
Vincastro Rosé from Umbria is a rosè wine made from 100% Gamay, a kind of grape cultivated in the Lake Trasimeno region. Bunches are harvested and put in wooden cases. Then grapes get pressed and bottling occurs in March.
Characteristics of Rosé Vincastro
It presents a rosé colour. Bouquet merges strawberry and black pepper notes. Fresh, dry and fruity taste.

It should be served in a wide glass at a temperature of 10°-12°C. This wine suits very well fish dishes and appetizers.
