This Verduzzo from Ronchi di Cialla winery in Friuli is produced with 100% Verduzzo Friulano di Cialla grapes, grown in the company's vineyards in Prepotto, near Udine. The manual harvest precedes the phase of fragmentation in barriques with subsequent refinement in the barrique itself for 11 months. Further refinement in the bottle for 6-12 months is also required.
Characteristics of this Friulian Verduzzo
At the organoleptic examination this wine shows a golden yellow color with amber reflections while the olfactory notes are fruity and evoke apricot, honey and acacia. On the palate it shows a remarkable character, with a good consistency.

Excellent in combination with dry pastries, but also land appetizers, gnocchi and spicy cheese. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in a tulip glass.
