Versatile, pleasant and convivial: in short, perfect at any time of the meal: Barbera Casaret from Marziano Abbona is made from Barbera grapes that are thinned and pressed after the harvest. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts and in contact with the skins, for approximately 14 days. After alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation also takes place in steel and finally refinement in steel until bottling. Before being marketed, this Piedmontese red wine rests further in the bottle for a month.
