From the vinification of 100% pure Glera grapes. The winery Le Colture produces this sensational Valdobbiadene prosecco DOC Dry able to emphasize moments of relaxation and pleasure. The origin of the vineyards lies in the area of Valdobbiadene. The harvest takes place from mid-September to mid-October. The vinification involves the soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation of the must in the absence of skins at a controlled temperature.
The foaming takes place with the Charmat method with refermentation in autoclave, special pressure-tight and temperature-controlled vessels.
