“Giall’Oro” was born on the hills that characterize the area of Valdobbiadene DOCG, on the slopes of Dolomiti mountains. It is a delicate Prosecco, characterized by flowers, fruits and a delicate and persistent perlage. A sparkling wine that is able support every occasion with its softness and elegance. The vine variety used for the production of this wine is Glera, traditionally called Prosecco, joined to a little percentage of Verdiso and Perera to increase the level of freshness, flavour and perfumes. The lands are located totally in the area of the denomination DOCG, on the slopes of Dolomiti mountains, in the northern province of Treviso. The harvest is planned in the middle of September and is followed by white wine making at 18°, without any contact with the peels of the grapes. The foam formation appears during a slow re-fermentation in huge, closed containers at 12°C.

The aspect shows a light straw yellow colour, with a faint and persistent perlage. The scent offers an intense bouquet that recalls mature Golden apples and wisteria flowers. The taste is medium and fresh, simple and just a bit alcoholic, with a great softness, a long-lasting persistence and a fruity final.
