The winery from Modena produces this modern and intriguing quality sparkling wine. The wine is made by the following blend: 80% Chardonnay and 20% Sorbara grapes. The production is located in Emilia Romagna in the Modena province. There is a soft pressing after the manual picking. It follows the fermentation in bottle “sur lattes” in a constant temperature for about 24 months before the final disgorging.
