Description du vin
This label is the result of the expert vinification by Cesarini Sforza technicians of 100% pure Pinot Noir grapes. The origin of the vines lies in the area of the Valle di Cembra, in Trentino Alto Adige, in the heart of the DOC area. the vinification involves, after manual harvesting in the first ten days of September, the soft pressing of whole grapes, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aging on lysis for about 8 months, refermentation in bottle, minimum 60 months on the lees.
Characteristics of this Classic Method Sparkling Wine
The aspect of this sparklig wine is a delicate antique pink and a fine and persistent perlage. The scent to the nose the first sensations are of blackberries and blueberries just picked, with a hint of strawberry in the finish. The taste on the palate is rich and silky with notes of dog rose, ripe cherry and marzipan. Pinot Noir gives richness of taste in harmony with the sapid and fresh structure.
Suggested pairings tasting this Brut Rosè
Excellent as an aperitif, accompanies appetizers based on cold cuts and cheese. Also excellent with salads, pizzas and focaccia. The optimal serving temperature is 6°C in a high and tapered glass.
