Description du vin
This Coda di Volpe Sannio Taburno from Fattoria La Rivolta Winery is a red wine produced with 100% indigenous Taburno grapes, grown in the company's vineyards located in the Benevento area. After the manual harvest in October, the grapes ferment in steel at a controlled temperature: here the maturation continues for several months until bottling begins.
Characteristics of this Campania wine
To the organoleptic examination it appears as a wine with a golden yellow color; on the nose, fruity aromas of apricot stand out, turning on mineral scents. In the mouth it is light with a nice flavor.

Excellent with all fish-based dishes, from appetizers to main courses; try it with fresh cheeses too. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in a not very large glass.
