This Valdobbiadene Dry Prosecco from Cantina Nani Rizzi is born from a blend of Glera 85%, Bianchetta 10% and Perera 5% grapes. The vineyards are located in the Valdobbiadene DOCG at an altitude of approximately 250/300 m above sea level: here the soils are characterised in particular by a generally clayey soil, due to its marine origin. The harvest takes place during the month of September, exclusively by hand: this is followed by white vinification with soft pressing and froth setting after 60-90 days using the Martinotti Method, with fermentation in an autoclave. Final bottle aging of 1 month.
Features of this Valdobbiadene Extra Brut
It has a straw yellow color and an intense and elegant olfactory bouquet reminiscent of fresh fruit, white flowers and bread crust. On the palate it is elegant, velvety and pleasantly fresh.
