This rosé sparkling wine from Cantina Nani Rizzi is made from a blend of Raboso Veronese 80% and Manzoni Moscato 20% grapes: the latter is a grape variety obtained from the cross between Rabosopiave and Moscato Hamburg; the production area for this brut sparkling wine is linked to the native grape varieties of the Piave area and the vineyards are located at an altitude of 100-200 m above sea level. After the manual harvest of the bunches which takes place in September, the process is carried out by setting the foam at around 30-40 days using the Martinotti method, or by fermentation in an autoclave.
