This Prosecco Extra Dry from the Nani Rizzi winery is born from the collection of pure Glera grapes: the vineyards are located in the Valdobbiadene DOCG, at an altitude of 250-300 m above sea level. Once harvested by hand during the September harvest, the bunches are vinified in white, with soft pressing and following the Charmat or Martinotti Method. The foaming takes place after about 30-40 days and finally a final aging in the bottle of one month is expected.
Features of this Prosecco Valdobbiadene Extra Dry
It has a pale straw yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage. The olfactory notes resemble ripe apple, pear, and yellow peach, as well as floral notes of pink. On the palate it is savoury, firm and pleasantly fresh.
