Description du vin
The prosecco DOC Treviso is an elegant wine made by Glera grapes and the cultivation area is typical of the Prosecco and it is a DOC area. This is an “Extra Dry” sparkling wine made with a soft pressing of the grapes and it is used the Charmat method. This wine can be aged for one year.
Characteristics of this Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry
It has a light-yellow color with green reflections. The smell is fruity of acacia, honey, citrons and almonds. The taste is enriched by a thin and persistent perlage well balanced in the acidity.
Suggested pairings with this Prosecco
This is a versatile sparkling wine perfect for fish starters, crustacean and mollusks. It is also perfect with risotto, salty pies and not very sweet bakery. It must be served at 6-8°C.
