The Alto Adige DOC Pinot Nero is a red wine with an aristocratic taste of the Winery Aneri. The grapes used for the production of this fantastic wine are: Pinot Nero and a small percentage of Lagrein, and Syrah. The fermentation on the skins lasts for 8 days followed by 15 months of aging in barrels and 2 months in bottle.
Characteristics of Pinot Nero DOC "Ale"
The color is garnet red discharge, characteristic of this variety. On the nose you can perceive red fruit, black currant, black cherry and blackberry, with floral notes.
