From the vinification of Pinot Grigio grapes in purity. One of the wines of Foradori winery most representative of Italy and Trentino. The origin of the vines falls within the administrative territory of Mezzolombardo. The harvest at the end of September led immediately to vinification. The permanence of the wine for more than 8 months on the skins inside the tinajas (amphorae) reveals the delicate character of this Pinot Grigio.
Pinot Grigio Fuoripista Foradori’s features
A rose gold colour in appearance. The nose has the typical macerated scents, with notes of licorice, spices and light vegetal notes. The taste in the mouth is warm, quite savory and mineral. Persistent.
