From the vinification of 100% pure Pecorino grapes. The origin is that of Casacanditella in the province of Chieti. The land is located 350 meters above sea level. The harvest with the grapes at perfect ripeness takes place in September, in the last decade. The vinification involves the cryomacerazione 14 hours - pressing - static decantation of the must - cold controlled fermentation and aging in stainless steel.
