Wine list | Trebbiano |
This is a prestigious white wine full of character and representative of the territory. The Trebbiano IGT of the Perticaia winery is produced with 100% trebbiano spolentino grapes. The harvest is manual as tradition and it takes place the third decade of October. There is a soft pressing of the grapes submitted to the inert gas influence. It follows the cold and static fermentation to clarify the wine. Then the limpid must fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 15-16°C. Finally the aging lasts 6 months on fine lees. During this period, the wine is not pored.
