Weinbeschreibung
"Corimei" is made from 100% Primitivo grapes cultivated in Nardò, in the province of Lecce from vineyards more than 20 years old. Late harvest with slight drying on the plant; In the cellar are then further selected on a modern sorting table. A temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel follows before bottling.
Characteristics of this Passito di Primitivo
The wine has an intense and deep red color; the nose is easy to recognize the notes of red fruits and black cherry jam. In the mouth, however, it is a pleasantly velvety and elegant wine.
Serving suggestions tasting this Apulian wine
Excellent with traditional Apulian desserts. Serve at a temperature of 10ºC in a glass not very wide.
