Montepulciano d'Abruzzo WITH LOVE COLLECTION DOC BIO CANTINE TORRI

This red wine from the Abruzzo winery Cantine Torri is part of the With Love line, created to celebrate love in its strangest and most unlikely forms, but also love for Abruzzo's culinary tradition, as depicted on the label of this Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, which celebrates two symbols of Abruzzo itself: arrosticini and Montepulciano. Manual harvesting of the bunches during the first ten days of October takes place under organic farming: this is followed by winemaking in heat-conditioned steel vats, with malolactic fermentation and bottling in the absence of oxygen.

Characteristics of this wine from Cantine Torri

It has a very intense ruby red color, with olfactory notes reminiscent of red fruits and flowers of black cherry, blackberry, undergrowth and pink. On the palate it is dry, with a silky tannic texture in perfect balance.  The ending strikes for a pleasant persistence.

Recommended pairings with this Abruzzo red wine

Excellent with aperitifs, appetizers, roasts and grilled meats. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
