This white wine from the Abruzzo-based Cantine Torri winery is part of the With Love line, created to celebrate love in its strangest and most unlikely forms, yet at the same time strong and indissoluble, as evidenced by the typical Italian expression that gives this Sauvignon its name. The grapes are harvested during the manual harvest in September, under certified organic farming. Winemaking takes place in heat-conditioned steel vats, with subsequent bottling in the total absence of oxygen.
Features of this Sauvignon from Cantine Torri
It has a delicate straw yellow color, with an olfactory profile of intense aromatic variety that recalls grass, citrus, lime and currant. On the palate it is dry and fresh, with a taste fan that recalls the olfactory sensations.
Recommended pairings with this Abruzzese white wine
excellent with aperitifs, appetizers, dishes based on fish or vegetables but nache white meats. Serve at 6-8°C.
