From the vinification of the most prized vine of the Lugana DOC area, the Turbiana for 96%, with the addition of a small percentage, never more than 4% of Cortese grapes. The origin of the grapes falls within the company and is included in the administrative area of the municipality of Pozzolengo in the province of Brescia. The harvest is carried out by hand in September. The vinification involves the transfer to the cellar of perfectly healthy grapes, harvested to reach the optimal degree of ripeness, then a soft pressing and an aging of four months in steel, as well as a further aging of two months in bottle. These are the steps, simple but strictly respected, starting from the scrupulous selection of the raw material up to the control of each production phase in the cellar.
